Taking on two projects for Q4

We build the systems
your business runs on.

Websites, applications, AI features, and the integrations that hold them together. One senior team, fixed scope, working software every week.

How we work

Fixed price
Agreed in writing before anything is built
Weekly demo
Working software on a live URL every Friday
Full handover
The code and the infrastructure are yours

Technologies we work with: Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, Postgres, Supabase, AWS, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Docker, Terraform, Shopify, Sanity.

What we build

Four channels of work, one team.

Most projects start in one channel and grow into another. Because it is the same team throughout, that growth costs you a conversation rather than a re-brief.

  • CH.01

    web

    Websites

Marketing sites and storefronts that load fast, rank, and are easy for your team to edit.

    • Next.js front ends on a headless CMS
    • Core Web Vitals and technical SEO
    • Commerce, checkout and payments
    • Analytics you will actually read
  • CH.02

    app

    Applications

Web and mobile products, from a first working prototype through to the version customers pay for.

    • React and React Native codebases
    • Accounts, billing and permissions
    • Realtime, offline and sync
    • App Store and Play Store releases
  • CH.03

    ai

    AI

AI that does a specific job inside your product, with the evaluation to prove it works.

    • Retrieval over your own documents
    • Agents that complete real workflows
    • Evaluation sets before launch
    • Latency and cost tuning
  • CH.04

    sys

    Full System

The connective work between the tools you already pay for, so data stops being retyped.

    • API and data integrations
    • Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
    • Legacy migrations
    • Monitoring, alerts and handover

How a project runs

Four stages, no surprises in the invoice.

  1. 01Week 0

    Scope

One call to understand the problem, then a written scope with a fixed price, a delivery date, and what is explicitly out of scope.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Design

A clickable design you can hand to a colleague before a line of production code is written. Changes are cheap at this stage, so we make them here.

  3. 03Weeks 3–8

    Build

A demo of working software every Friday on a live staging URL. You see progress weekly rather than hearing about it at the end.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Run

Handover with documentation, monitoring and alerting in place, plus a support window while your team takes over — or we keep running it.

Selected work

Shipped, measured, still running.

The studio

The people you meet are the people who build it.

Demox Solutions is a small engineering studio. You talk directly to the engineers doing the work, from the first call through to launch — nothing is translated through an account manager on the way in or out.

We keep only a few projects running at once, because focus is what makes a deadline real. When a build ends you get the code, the infrastructure and the documentation, and you are free to take it anywhere.

Start here

Tell us what you are building.

Describe the problem and your deadline. You will get a written reply from an engineer within one working day — a scope and a price, or an honest note that we are not the right fit.

Helpful to include

  • What the software needs to do
  • Who will use it, and roughly how many
  • Your deadline and budget range
  • Anything already built that it must work with
